Andrew S. Levine, Founder
Andrew is a graduate of the American University in Washington, D.C. and his established career has
been in the chemical industry for over 19 years. His family background has been in manufacturing and
engineering, which led Andrew to become the Founder of SCI.
Andrew established SCI and developed the entire product line and marketing program when he recognized
a market where consumers really needed a quality product line to preserve their investment in natural
stone and tile. Andrew stated that “consumers were paying thousands of dollars on installations of
stone and tile and they had nothing to preserve their investment with. That is why we developed our
fabulous line of care products. We developed it so that the customers investment will become a lifetime
investment.”
Andrew is a National Spokesman for the National Kitchen & Bath Association and he is nationally
recognized for his knowledge in the stone and tile industry. Designers earn credits when attending
his classes. He has been a guest host on CBS Radio and many other talk shows. His national recognition
generates large audiences at Industry Trade Show Seminars. Andrew has also written many articles for
industry trade journals providing education and trend concepts leading into the future.
To further assist consumers and the industry, Andrew designed a personal website to provide generic
information about almost every surface that is available today. Consumers and the media use it to

Paul Ostrowski: National Dealer Sales Manager
Paul arrives at SCI bringing 23 years of selling experience. Whereas, the last 17 years have entailed selling brand name faucets and related products, but also high end decorative cabinet hardware. During which he has been able to excel due to his educational background in Business Administration at Charter Oak State College and Central Connecticut State University. And because of his extensive work, Paul has been building professional relationships in the North East markets, primarily at the K&B dealer, wholesale, and distribution levels. As a result of working for major manufacturers over the years, Paul has been able to ascertain an intense level of knowledge and experience within these business segments. His knowledge is indicative to the understanding and to the importance of customer relationships, displaying products, and a "back to basics" approach and philosophy. Paul's main focus will be on Stone/Tile Dealers and Kitchen & Bath Dealers. He is anxious to start building sales to new levels. |

Adam Pearlstein: National Sales Director-SCI/National Account Manager-Homax Products
Adam received his degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore. Adam has managed sales for SCI for the last 4 years. Under his leadership, SCI has grown into new markets and experienced tremendous growth. In April of 2007, Adam began his new role with Stone Care International's parent company Homax products as a national account manager; however, he will continue to assist Andrew to oversee all phases of Stone Care International's sales. |

Nicole Zujovic: Customer Service/Human Resources Manager
We are so fortunate to have Nicole as part of the SCI team. She
leads a team of Customer Service Representatives who speak with our
clients every moment of the day. Customer Service is so important to
SCI especially because Andrew Levine, SCI’s President, is adamant
about our customers receiving the best possible service.
The knowledge that our Customer Service Staff has about our
products and the surfaces that are products are manufactured for
is unsurpassed. We receive E-mails every day from customers
thanking SCI for our exceptional service. Nicole leads this team
of specialists and she is extremely dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Janice Hurwitz: Sales/Commercial Customer Relations
Janice has been with SCI for over 10 years and her dedication to
our customers is amazing. Customers call and ask for her every day
just to say hello. Janice has become an icon in the industry and we
are fortunate to have her as part of the SCI team. She shares her
extended knowledge with customers every day and they are
appreciative of her for that.

Sue Martindale: Consumer Customer Relations/Technical Assistance
Sue’s past experience is from the Building Industry. She worked
with builders for over 15 years and she was very familiar with the
surfaces that SCI manufactures products for. As she said when she
joined SCI: “Builders rarely knew the answers on how to take care
of so many different specialty surfaces in the home and SCI provides
that answer.” Sue has been with SCI for over four years and she has
over 25 years of experience in Customers Service. Sue’s main focus
is handling Consumer calls regarding technical assistance.

Michelle Nealis: Customer Relations
Michelle has been working with SCI for over 3 years. Her knowledge about
the stone industry has really helped SCI expand its customer base. Customers
are often amazed on how much knowledge that she has about natural stone and
tile. She continues to generate new ideas to help SCI expand into the future.

Lisa Twitty: Customer Relations
Lisa has been with SCI since April 2003. She joined SCI with experience in the manufacturing/distribution field. She also has extensive knowledge in Order Processing Systems; she coordinates invoicing and order entries. When customers need fast answers, Lisa has the ability to track any order and provide the customer with the information that they need within seconds. Because of her dedication, enthusiasm and great customer service, Lisa was named SCI Employee of the Year in 2006.

Laura Quinn: Controller
Laura is a graduate of Towson State University and she earned her
degree in Accounting in 1996. She is a CPA and has extensive training
on over ten accounting packages. Laura generates spreadsheets, sales
reports, and oversees SCI’s Accounting Systems. She has also been the
recipient of many service awards generated by the Accounting Industry
such as earning the “Citicorp Excellent Award.”

Ziada Mrisho: Marketing & Public Relations Manager
Ziada graduated from the University of Baltimore with her M.A in Publications Design and B.S in Corporate Communications. Ziada has an extensive background in Public Relations, Graphic Design, Digital Video Production, Website Development, Professional Writing and Usability Testing. Ziada produces all of our literature, product labels and advertisements that are seen in national magazines. She is also responsible for managing SCI's website and our search engine rankings, generating press releases, and assisting in the production of our product demonstration videos.

Terri Gittings: Accounting Clerk
Terri joins SCI with extended experience in customer service. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, and has an A.A in General Studies from Essex Community College. Terri handles Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and other daily accounting procedures.

Brian Arnold: Retail Customer Service
Brian is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, with a degree in English Literature. He has an extensive background in retail sales and management. Brian is responsible for maintaining daily retail orders, customer service and in-house representative support. His attention to detail and creativity have made him a great asset to the SCI team.
