Part I: General

1.01 DESCRIPTION:

• Non-Acidic, ceramic tile and grout cleaner. This concentrated pH balanced tile and grout cleaner will easily remove any surface soils with its penetrating action that actually lifts dirt off of the surface. It will even penetrate into grout and remove soap scum, mildew stains, grease, oil, and lime deposits.

1.02 SUMMARY:

• Ceramiclean is ideal for daily cleaning of all ceramic tile surfaces and grout. This user friendly product works fast without leaving any residue. Its unique formula enables consumers to either mop it on the ceramic floor surface or simply spray it on any ceramic tile wall or countertop. Simply mix with water and it is ready to use. Rinsing is never necessary. Ceramiclean is environmentally safe.

3.05 QUALITY ASSURANCE:

• Always test a small area before using to assure compatibility.

• Test Area: Apply CERAMICLEAN to a small area at the project site in accordance to the manufacturers directions of the bottle label. Be sure to record all the test results including coverage and stain prevention.

3.06 PRODUCT WARRANTY:

• SCI guarantees complete satisfaction of its products. If not completely satisfied with the performance of the product, when used as directed and the surface has been tested first, contact Stone Care International, Inc. for a refund of the purchase price or a replacement by another SCI product. Determining the suitability of the product for any intended purpose shall be solely the responsibility of the user. There are no warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose which extend beyond the description on the product label.

3.07 HANDLING:

• Have MSDS sheets accessible at all times.

• Product must be delivered undamaged and in the original containers with labels intact and legible.

3.08 RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Always test on a small area before using.
• Natural stone should be protected with STONE SPRAY-N-SEAL.
• Follow the recommended SCI maintenance procedures for MARBALEX.
• Keep all chemicals out of the reach of children and animals.

3.09 FIRST AID:

• Keep all chemicals out of the reach of children.
• May cause gastrointestinal, eye or skin irritation. Do not drink and avoid eye and skin contact.
• If eye contact is made, rinse with water for 15 minutes and call a physician if symptoms continue.
• If swallowed, drink 2-3 glasses of water and call a physician immediately.
• For emergencies, call 1-800-535-5053.

PART IV- Product Procedures:

4.01 WET MOPPING or SPONGE MOP: (Ceramic Tile and Porcelain Surfaces)

1. Dilute CERAMICLEAN 1-2 ounces per gallon of warm water.
2. Apply solution with a clean Mop or sponge.
3. Let solution dry on the surface.
4. Rinsing is not necessary.

4.02 SPRAY CLEANING:

1. Dilute CERAMICLEAN at 1-2 ounces per quart of warm water.
2. Spray onto the surface and let it set for one minute.
3. Wipe off with a clean soft cloth.

4.03 GROUT CLEANING:

1. Dilute CERAMICLEAN 4-6 ounces per quart of warm water.
2. Apply the CERAMICLEAN to the grout and let it stand for three minutes.
3. Begin scrubbing the grout with a short soft bristled brush.
4. Wipe off with a clean and dry terry cloth towel.
